I also secured the right coast of Ulthuan and will launch synchronized attacks from Ulthuan and the south after I finally drove Malekith away from Ulthuan. I have one stack hidden deep in his territory to snipe ritual sites whenever he starts the final ritual again, while slowly pushing towards Mazdamundis conquered starting location. Lizardmen are basically done as well, it’s primarily just me and Malekith having between 5-9 major battles each turn but I am slowly starting to push him back. Keeping a hold of Ulthuan is a pain because of the unfriendly climate but I can't afford giving Malekith another location from where he can stage invasions easily. Malektih, the Vampires and I split Ulthan in 3, finishing off the last HE remains on it while I am also taking over Skrolks starting continent (he got wiped out a long time ago unfortunately). I am finally at a point where I am able to kill the DE stacks fast enough to recognize a change in the balance of powers bar, though I am still hopelessly outmatched according to it… like its almost single colored. 200 turns in with Queek, there are only 3 superpowers left, the vampires north of me that I couldn't kill in time because I had to stop the ritual of the high elves(I know it doesn’t really matter, but the campaign feels much more enjoyable to me this way) while Malekith boasted up to 70+ settlements and declared war on me and sending armies occasionally. This will probably be my last legendary / very hard run though. I could have but I am still a captive of the Skaven. #1454 All this talk about Warhammer 3 and I still haven’t gotten around playing all factions in Warhammer 2. * I believe they've changed it now, but it's too little, too late. balance is no more, you count units instead of points now (1 dragon = 1 goblin, ez math)*.because people were complaining about timeline never really progressing in the lore GW decided that after 25 years of stagnation the best move would be to advance the storyline rapidly so that the entire world is destroyed (they did it in a couple of years).introducing totally bullshit rules (if you do stupid shit while playing - like literally insulting your opponents miniatures - your units get bonuses).

rules being dumbed down significantly (you can count pages in the rulebook with your fingers now - one handed).

  • entire factions removed (despite GW promising they would not do that): Bretonnia and Tomb Kings being the most notable ones.
  • But it's nothing on the scale of what has been done to WFB: They're doing this with 40K too, where Imperial Guard becomes Astra Militarum, Space Marines become Adeptus Astartes, Eldar become Aeldari and such. Just go and read all the hate about Age of Sigmar on the webz and drink delicious tears of fans rolling for their anal circumference while GW does terrible, terrible things to franchise beloved by many just so that they can introduce more names they can copyright. Haha i know very little about warhammer and especially the table top but It seems there is not a lot of faith in games workshop
